Farmers Feed the World (FFTW) is a program developed originally to integrate Syrian refugees settling in Ontario with food and agricultural jobs and entrepreneurship. The mandate of this program is to provide a path for self-sustainability for refugees and all newcomers within agriculture and provides opportunities for these newcomers to become active in our economy.

The target areas for this project is the Province of Ontario, as currently Ontario is experiencing a large labour shortage in several areas including agricultural and industrial venues linked to food plant processing.

Farmers Feed the World (FFTW) received the Premier’s Award for Agri-Food Innovation Excellence from the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.
